The Flinders University Assessment Policy is being reviewed

Have a say in changes to the assessment policy. If you attend, you will be provided with a coffee voucher and be able to have a say in the development of this important policy. If you cannot be there physically we will provide access via collaborate.

The Flinders University Assessment Policy is being reviewed as part of the overall policy refresh and to address some of the key issues that have been raised by both students and staff in recent years.  A cross university working group was established in 2019 with representation from all of the colleges and the student body.

This group has come up with a range of suggested changes to the existing policy and we would like to test some of the ideas with you before taking them to the next stage. It would be great if you can attend. The session is taking place on:

  • Tuesday 7th July 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm – Engineering Building, Room 465 (seating limited due to social distancing requirements) or via Collaborate

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are able to attend this session and whether you prefer to attend in person or via Collaborate. (If your preference is Collaborate, I’ll forward the link once I hear back from you and follow up regarding how to get your coffee voucher to you.)

It is important to gather a wide range of input given that any new requirements around assessment need to support our educational innovations and work for you – our students.  For planning purposes please email Ann Luzeckyj (ann.luzeckyj@flinders.edu.au)

All the best,
Ann
