For Semester 1 2020, all end of Semester examinations will be moved online or changed to another form of assessment. There will not be any on campus, face to face invigilated examinations during this period.
Topic Statement of Assessment Methods (SAMs) are currently being updated and students are advised to check assessment changes via the FLO topic page.
An examination timetable will be prepared by Examination Services for any online examinations that fall within the University’s examination periods stated below.
University’s designated exam weeks for Semester 1 2020
- Semester 1 Main Period Examinations 20 June – 4 July (inclusive)
- Semester 1 Deferred and Supplementary Examinations 20 July – 25 July (inclusive)

For those students with online examinations during these periods, a timetable will be emailed to their Flinders University email account on the following days:
- Monday 25 May – Semester 1 Main Period Examination Timetable
- Saturday 18 July – Semester 1 Deferred and Supplementary Examination Timetable
Alternative Exam Arrangements
Students who require alternative exam conditions on the basis of a medical condition or disability requirements need to apply for alternative arrangements via Health, Counselling and Disability Services by the following date:
- Friday 15 May
