It’s time to talk about Mental Health!

Mental Health Month is celebrated nationally in October to help communities connect and raise awareness of the importance of mental health.

This year’s theme is ‘It’s Time to Talk About Mental Health’ to encourage everyone to engage in open conversation about mental health and seek help when they need it.

In celebration of Mental Health Month, Oasis Student Wellbeing Centre invites you to take part in a 2-day event prioritising mental health, having a conversation and learning about support services with a focus on student wellbeing.
