Have you ever wished you could view all assignment extension requests at once? Or wanted to save time and approve or decline extension requests in bulk? Well, you may have noticed the recent improvements to the Assignment Extension tool in FLO. You can now view all pending requests either for all assignments or for selected assignments and do bulk approvals of extension requests.

The extension tool is available in every FLO topic and is there to formalise the extension process and maintain a record of decisions for student requests.

You can view pending requests per assignment, or for all assignments, using the dropdown list:

There are also some new tabs that you can use to view ALL requests, or just those 1-3 days, or just those 3+ days.

And the best bit – you can now ‘batch’ or ‘bulk’ moderate (approve/decline) all extension requests that are 1-3 days.
