Thanks to staff feedback and a new technology platform, Service One will be receiving a facelift in late June. In addition to the visual update, a search engine enhancement will be added to make finding what you’re looking for easier, and faster.
The search engine feature will provide requestors the ability to search in two ways:
Searching by service name
IE: Searching for “Maintenance” will direct you to the Maintenance form.
Searching by keyword
IE: Searching for “air”, “air conditioning”, or “air-conditioning” will direct you to the “Maintenance” form as well.
To access Service One, log in to Okta: (https://okta.flinders.edu.au), and select the “Service One” button.
