With the recent changes to Employment Variations implemented in Workday and Service One, the Program’s attention is turning to our next release. The next release will address recruitment, with a focus on replacing Page Up for continuing and fixed-term recruitment and FlindersPro for casual engagement.
In mid-September, a range of technical and business process changes will be implemented. Broadly, these will include:
- a new Workday based business process for engaging recruiting and engaging new casual, fixed term and continuing staff;
- new Casual Employment Registers;
- a new external application portal (replacing Page Up); and,
- decommissioning of the ‘Engage New Casual’ processes in FlindersPro. Note: the Casual Academics Payment process in FlindersPro will not be changing as part of this release.
The MyWorklife program team will be coordinating communications about these changes to the Colleges and Portfolios. If you would like to know more and have any questions or concerns about the changes highlighted above, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the MyWorklife program team directly at myworklife@flinders.edu.au or speak to a member of the People & Culture leadership team.
