Meetings and when to call them

We have all been in a meeting that drags on.

And on.

And…well, you get the idea.

But what if we are attending unnecessary meetings –  maybe one of the reasons so many don’t work is because we call a meeting at the wrong time, or for the wrong reasons. And that may mean we don’t call one when we should, either.
