‘In Conversation’ is a new series that provides an opportunity for Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences student to meet guest speakers working in a range of professional fields.

On Tuesday 29 April at 4pm meet Michael Bollen (pictured), publisher from Wakefield Press. Wakefield Press is an independent book publishing company based in Adelaide and regularly wins literary, design and production awards. Join Michael to discuss his career path and the opportunities available in the book publishing industry.

The events will take place between 4pm and 5pm on Tuesdays each fortnight in the Noel Stockdale Room of the Central Library.

The guest speaker’s presentation will be followed by an audience Q&A and the opportunity to mingle with the speaker and students from a range of disciplines.

Attendance is free, and tea, coffee and biscuits are provided, but registration is required to secure a seat.

University staff members are welcome to attend.
