Changes to ITS Remote Access Service (VPN)

*This information only applies to users of the old remote access (VPN) service which is no longer referred to on the ITS Website (also known as the SSL VPN Service)*

Information Technology Services is in the process of upgrading the remote access service (VPN) to improve compatibility with devices (such as tablets and phones) and overall performance. The new service takes full advantage of the new infrastructure of the Connecting Flinders program.

Please note the old VPN service will be switched off on Thursday 12 May 2014 and after this date all users will be required to start using the new VPN service (referred to on the ITS Website). Most existing users of the old service have been notified of this change via individual email communications from the ITS Service Desk.

How do I upgrade if I have a Flinders laptop?
