Adolescent sleep lecture for professionals, alumni, staff and students

Associate Professor Michael Gradisar of the School of Psychology at Flinders will present the next in the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences’ Professionals Lecture Series on The Impact of Technology Use on Young People’s Sleep: What Can Be Done? at Finders University Victoria Square on 17 June.

The lecture is open to practitioners in the field, professionals, alumni, staff and current students with an interest in the topic.

The lecture will present the latest research about the effects of technology use on young people’s sleep, including research conducted at Flinders. Implications for developing policies about young people’s safe use of screentime will be covered, as well as best practice techniques to correct children’s and teenagers’ sleep problems.

The lecture will be held at 3.45 for a 4pm start on Tuesday 17 June, on Level One of Flinders University Victoria Square. There will be refreshments and networking from 5pm to 6pm.
