Innovative educational technology event in July

Interested in hearing about how others are using technology to support learning and teaching?

ETUG (Emerging Technologies User Group) is a forum for sharing ideas and innovation – during the session and over lunch on July 22.

ETUG is run by the Educational Technology Innovation Incubator (ETII). ETII encourages and supports the transition of ideas to practice. For more information on ETII please contact the ETII team here or visit the ETII website.

The July ETUG will feature:

  • ‘3D printing assignment for first year students’ – David Hobbs and Damien Kleiss (School of Computer Science, Engineering & Mathematics)
  • “ETII project update: student submission of video’ –  Jikke Adema (CEdICT) and Cyndie McCarley (School of Education)
  • ‘Using data to support student outcomes’ – Ann Luzeckyj (Centre for University Teaching) and Salah Kutieleh (Transition Office)

The session on Tuesday 22 July will run from 11am-1pm (lunch included) in the SILC building.
