Market research survey

The University has appointed Showpony Advertising to conduct a survey of staff, student and alumni views about the University’s brand and reputational positioning. The findings will be used to inform the University’s future marketing strategy.

As part of this project, we are sending an on-line survey to a number of staff to seek their views on the University brand and to compare the results with a similar study undertaken in 2007.

Staff will be chosen randomly to protect the rigour of this research, participation will be optional and the results will be aggregated by the company preparing the reports, so confidentiality is assured. Showpony will delete all email addresses after the survey has been sent.

MACO will report to staff on the findings of the research.
