Timetable Project update

The Timetable Project-to provide a systems-based timetabling and room booking solution for the University is continuing on track for 2015 implementation.

Round 2 of the Timetable Data Collector is now closed, and the Timetable Project Team would like to thank all staff who have been involved with inputting 2015 timetable information.

There is still a significant amount of information outstanding and the Timetable Data Collector will open again for Round 3 between 4 August and 18 August. We need to achieve as close as possible to 100 per cent of resources added to the Topic Availability Activities and Classes generated for all of these by the end of round 3 in order to produce accurate Test timetables for review by Schools. Your continued support in achieving a successful 2015 timetable is very much appreciated. More details can be found on the relevant project web page.

Satya Webster (Project Manager) and Cheryl Edwards (Timetable Manager) have been presenting a timetable progress update at School Meetings in June and July. Please contact your School Manager for details of the presenation for your School.
