Flinders Athletics Club, and City to Bay are running free training sessions on the Flinders Ovals, each Sunday from 9am to 10.30am. So if you’re needing an extra session, a bit of help with some specific coaching, some friends to run with or extra motivation,this could well be the place to find it. More information is available on the City to Bay website.

The FlindersONEfitness Free Yoga continues this week.
Classes are on Tuesdays at Sturt Gyma at 5.15pm, and Thursdays on the Main Campus in Humanities Rm 101 at 5.15pm.
Free Zumba classes are also available on Tuesdays in the Sports Centre at 5pm.
