The project to provide systems-based timetabling and room booking for the University is continuing on track for 2015 implementation, with the third and final round of Timetable Data Collection now closed and data for the draft 2015 timetable being audited.

The Timetable Data Collector is now closed and the Timetable Project Team is currently auditing the data and entering special requirements. The Project Team will contact relevant staff if issues are identified with the data provided during the data audit period.  We have a deadline of 1 September 2014 to complete the data auditing and your cooperation in providing timely responses will be much appreciated. Additional topic or activity updates the Project Team were not previously aware of and received after 22 August cannot be guaranteed to be included in the initial draft optimised timetable for 2015.

In September we will commence the TEST Timetable phase and further information will be distributed by the end of August.
