After-hours FLO support trial

Teaching staff working outside office hours have requested eLearning support be available when they choose to work or when they need to respond to student questions, and a trial is being run to assess the need for an after-hours support service.

The trial service is running from 26 August until 22 November, from 6pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday, and from 8am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

How to use the service

Call 8201 2600. A staff member will answer or you will have the option to leave a message. Your call will be returned within 30 minutes.

What services are available?

FLO support staff will able to answer general questions about FLO and electronic marking. The designated support staff member will be monitoring the support number from home, so will not be able to answer every question, but should be able to assist with most immediate support questions.

Please note: we can’t reset or answer FAN or password questions, or fix home internet access.

For electronic marking, we strongly recommend that you try your preferred marking method during normal office and support hours. After hours advice will more generic than your local eLearning support team can provide.
