Do you have an interest in healthy eating and getting more out of your sports performance?

A FREE nutrition presentation on Healthy eating and hydration for sports performance will be presented by Joel Carr, final year Master of Nutrition and Dietetics student.

The presentation will cover everyday and competition-based eating and hydration recommendations, for the amateur and more serious sportsperson.

When: 6 November, 4.30pm -530pm
Where: The University Pavilion,  Flinders University  Oval 1.
