The Vice-Chancellor was also the subject of a full-page interview profile in the Advertiser last weekend.

Topics raised at the Grey Matters conference at Flinders resulted in national coverage of the issue of increasing drug and alcohol use by victims of crime, based on research by Dr Andrew Groves of the University’s Centre for Crime Policy and Research.

The Advertiser ran an article on an initiative that is funding 10 extended rural placements for Flinders student teachers, which quoted student Vanessa Joshua and Professor John Halsey of the School of Education.
