Crossing, a young adult novel written by Flinders creative arts graduate Helen Dinmore under her pen-name of Catherine Norton, is a co-winner of the children’s literature category in the recently presented 2015 New South Wales Premiers Literary Awards.

Ms Dinmore, who tutors in the University’s Creative Writing course, shared the Patricia Wrightson Prize for Children’s Literature with Tasmin Janu.
