Flinders ONEfitness : Best Body Challenge

Flinders ONEfitness is running a Best Body Challenge (BBC) program.

Those taking part in the BBC can make the most of ;

  • Initial testing ; Strength, endurance, aerobic, flexibility and body measurements weight and percentage body fat
  • Weekly exercise planning

Prescribed cardio, weights, stretching, group BBC session.

  • Two separate 30 min PT sessions across the eight weeks.
  • Weekly newsletter to recognise achievers and nutritional tips to keep you on track.
  • Final testing ; Strength, endurance, aerobic, flexibility and body measurements weight and body fat percentage
  • Awards session

The most dedicated
The greatest per cent of improvement overall, male and female
Overall best body (judged on best results in all criteria).

Only *12.50 a week  / $100 upfront for FOF members.

*$25 a week / $200 upfront for others (but shared if new and joining with a friend).

*DD or pay deduction members.

Registrations due 7 August;  commences Monday, 10 August.
