Did you know that you can easily search and call a staff member directly from jabber?

Jabber has been integrated with the staff directory allowing you to call someone at the click of a button.

Within Jabber, type a person’s name into the search window and click on the green phone symbol to reveal the number and email address of the person. Clicking either will establish a phone call with that person. Jabber will even tell you if that person is available to take your call.

No need to know the phone number of the person anymore!

In the contacts section of Jabber, you can create your own groups and add your most commonly called contacts.
