Enterprising graduates have foody Fringe success

foodWhen it comes to sensory overload, Flinders graduates Hannah Rohrlach and Stephanie Daughtry served up a treat of food and art at this year’s Adelaide Fringe festival.

Their sold-out “creative food experience” debut drew small audiences into a sit-down assortment of 10 courses of after-dinner dessert and drinks – all accompanied by live music and performance art.

“Each night was different, depending on the audience response to what was laid before them,” said Hannah, a postgraduate in Nutrition and Dietetics.

“It creates a mindfulness around the food in a very sensory and curious manner.”

In partnership with co-producer Stephanie, a Flinders drama graduate, Hannah has started a small business called Post Dining, which has a number of bookings for later in 2016.
