For the first time, a Flinders student has won a South Australian youth leadership award from Engineers Australia
Tenzin Crouch was named winner of the professional organisation’s Craig Gilbert Leadership Award in the 11th year the award has been presented. The award is open to all engineering students in their penultimate year at the three major SA universities.
Mr Crouch, who graduated in Robotic Engineering (Honours) and is studying for a Masters of Electronic Engineering, has won several awards for team challenges and academic performance.
Also honoured at the ceremony were the top engineering students from each university who graduated in 2015: the award for Flinders went to Jacob Brackenridge.
