An article written by Professor Sharyn Roach Anleu from the School of Social and Policy Studies and Emerita Professor Kathy Mack from Flinders Law School has been chosen as the Best Paper within the Journal of Sociology for the two year period of 2015-16.
Professor Roach Anleu and Professor Mack’s paper was titled: ‘Performing Authority: Communicating Judicial Decisions in Lower Criminal Courts’ .
The Journal is published by SAGE and is the flagship journal of The Australian Sociological Association (TASA).
An official announcement was made at the TASA conference dinner last week.
The article was produced as part of the Judicial Research Project at Flinders University.
