Two workshops on 5 and 8  June will gather more input from Flinders’ research community to:

• consolidate our understanding of existing services used;
• identify gaps in services/processes/technology systems;
• assess the overall user experience; and
• identify areas for improvement.

The learnings from the workshop will form the basis of a digital research services Improvement roadmap for consideration and approval by the DVCR, Vice President Corporate Services and the Digital Strategy Governance Group.

Once approved, a formal project will commence to implement agreed findings and recommendations. A research lifecycle will be translated into interactive web pages with links to web pages or information pertinent to each step of the lifecycle and will be available for review and comment in late June.

Are you part of the University Research Community who can spare 3 to 6 hours on the 5th or 8th June to workshop issues and ideas with ITS to enable us to develop the Digital Research Services Improvement Roadmap?
