Improvements to assystNET

The assystNET portal used by staff to log IT incidents and request services from Information and Digital Services (IDS) is being upgraded on the evening of the 6 December 2017.

The upgrade will enable full use of the assystNET self-service capability and improve the delivery of IDS customer-facing knowledge.

The upgrade will also include a redesigned customer homepage in assystNET that provides increased navigability.
