Special offer to address sleep problems in children

Ahead of World Sleep Day on 16 March 2018, Flinders’ Child and Adolescent Sleep Clinic is offering sleep services to staff and students (and their families) at half the normal gap payment.

Sleep services include behavioural interventions to improve sleep problems such as insomnia, delayed sleep-wake phase disorder, bedtime resistance and tantrums in children.

Sleep is one of the three pillars of health, with the average person spending nearly one third of their lifetime asleep.

Poor sleep diminishes mood, learning, health and wellbeing.

Enquiries should be directed to casc.enquiries@flinders.edu.au.
