Yoga for body and mind

Flinders Sport and Fitness has released a new timetable, with yoga one of the group classes gaining in popularity. Six yoga classes are scheduled each week, all including guided meditation / mindfulness.

Yoga program:
Tuesdays : 7.30am (45 minutes) and 1.15pm (45 minutes)
Thursdays : 12.15pm (45 minutes) and 6.15pm (60 minutes)
Fridays : 5.15pm (60 minutes)
Sundays :10.15am (60 minutes)
