Service One goes live

Service One is a new staff-to-staff online service request tool, to be released University-wide on Monday 20 August 2018 with an initial set of service requests that will be expanded rapidly throughout the remainder of 2018.

Service One has already been released to the College of Business, Government and Law on 23 July and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences on 30 July.

The system will significantly simplify the process used by staff to request services across the University. It provides a single pathway for staff to request a service in one place, find the right service request within one minute, and complete one streamlined request for each service.

Access

All Flinders Staff will have access to Service One from any desktop or mobile device (Android and iOS) through Okta from Monday 20 August 2018.

Events

To support the University-wide release of Service One, College Morning Tea Showcases are underway and there is a Go Live Roadshow on Monday 20 August at Alere Function Centre, from 10:30 to 11:30am – everyone is welcome.

Go Live Support

From Monday 20 August the IDS Service Desk will provide phone, at-your-desk and email support for Service One and HappyFox as part of their standard support model.
