Staff can hit spring running with the new myzone College challenge which will see participants compete over six-weeks of health and fitness focus. It includes training with a coach, representing their College, and earning ‘effort points’ for the chance to win a stay at the Oaks Liberty Towers Glenelg.
Using myzone fitness trackers, and with the help of qualified personal trainers, participants will receive coaching, nutrition sessions, bioimpedence testing and will have access to the Flinders Sport and Fitness Centre.
Activity will be monitored over a six-week period and the Oaks prize will be drawn at random, however the more MyZone Effort Points (MEPs) accumulated, the more entries participants will receive in the draw.
Start date: 3 September 2018
- $75 for a member with the myzone fitness tracker
- $175 for a member without the tracker (tracker included)
- $199 for a non-member without a tracker (tracker included)
