3,2,1… final countdown to theses showdown

Following three months of practise, heats and a semi-final, just three days remain until the dramatic culmination of Flinders University’s 3MT competition, with eight outstanding finalists set to pitch their PhDs this Friday 31 August for the chance to win cash and compete in the Asia-Pacific final.

The winner of the final will have the opportunity to win a $5,000 research travel grant competing in the 2018 Asia-Pacific event, and will take home $2,000, with the runner up scoring $1,000 and the People’s Choice winner awarded $500.

Staff are welcome to attend the final and support some of the University’s outstanding PhD candidates as they present their complex work in just three engaging minutes, (bookings not required.)

  • Robert Trott – Putting Stroke Patients back in Control of Gait Rehabilitation
