Student complaints and appeals policy feedback

Flinders staff and students are invited to review and provide feedback on draft documents for ‘Student Complaints and Student Review and Appeals policies and procedures’ which are now open for consultation.

The current student appeals and complaints policy model requires a more student-centric framework. Accordingly, a consolidated policy for all complaints made by students has been redeveloped, to be supported by a refreshed and separated policy and procedures.

This will support better outcomes overall for students, as well as have usability, clarity, operational and compliance advantages for the University.

Staff and students can review the policy and provide feedback in the Flinders Policy Library.
