Health and wellness needs survey

Research has shown that physical activity can act as a protective mechanism and treatment to combat a variety of health concerns and improve physical and mental wellbeing.

In the short term, a single bout of physical activity can lead to significant improvements in mood, energy levels, memory and attention.

To help Flinders University Sport & Fitness best assist staff and students in their wellness, responses are sought for a new survey.
