A collaboration between Flinders University Sport and Fitness and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences is delivering personalised training aimed at non-exercisers, with the goal to kick-start new journeys of fitness and improved health outcomes.
The 10-week innovative health and fitness program includes initial and final fitness assessments and one-on-one individualised training for eight weeks.
Participants will also receive a three-month Flinders University Sport and Fitness membership for free, to continue their progress once the program has concluded.
Previous participants in the fitness program have commented “Great program!” and “I feel a lot more confident when I gym alone now.”
Cost for staff is $329 (available through 10 x $32.90 weekly payments), or $199 for students.
Places for this life-changing opportunity to start a new fitness habit are limited. Interested applicants are advised to determine eligibility and apply online soon.
