R U OK Day visits Flinders

The R U OK Day team will visit Flinders University this Friday 16 August with the Flinders community, including Open Days visitors, invited to take part in a free BBQ and activities while learning more about when and how to ask “R U OK?”

The Flinders University event is part of the R U OK Day organisation’s national ‘Trust the Signs Tour’, which is travelling to every state and territory in the lead up to R U OK? Day on Thursday 12 September.

R U OK Day is focused on empowering people to take simple steps if they feel someone is behaving out of character, by starting a conversation that will show them they are cared about – and could point them in the right direction to get help if things are not OK.

More information on the initiative is available on the R U OK Day website.
