A special session hosted by the Advancing Professional Excellence Network (APEX) will focus on equipping staff with the skills to find and manage opportunities when workplace changes impact their career.
Being part of widespread workplace changes can be disruptive but also offers great opportunities if staff have the skills to recognise and manage fresh prospects in changing environments.
Understanding change and knowing how to manage it is a highly valued workplace skill and knowing how to find opportunities in times of change can contribute to a dynamic and successful career.
In this session, Chris Bishop and Adam Dray will look at the ways staff can develop change management skills and look out for new opportunity in changing environments.
