Dr Amanda Muller has authored two papers for the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), on the topic of how universities can best support students in their online learning.
These papers were written in the context of educational programs transitioning online during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, they are highly relevant to supporting students in an online environment generally.
Educators are frequently attempting to transfer classroom content online – and commentators suggest the experiences of early 2020 will influence and catalyse changes to education, with the online environment destined for new exploration and incorporation.
