Service One’s latest release includes a short new customer satisfaction tool designed to send client feedback instantly through to service providers.

In the emails staff receive to advise that a request has been completed, there is now a ‘Rate this service’ button which links to a page with two simple questions. This feature can also be accessed via the portal homepage.

Answers will then appear in an individual dashboard for Service Managers in each division around the University to view and measure, so that customer feedback can be used to help service areas identify opportunities and priorities, and areas for improvement regarding the services they provide.
