Boot camp takes it to the next level

Boot camp at Flinders Sport & Fitness is going next level thanks to new challenge blocks which have been added for semester 2.

The sessions will begin on Tuesday 27 July run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7am – and the best part is they’re free!

The challenge blocks will be body weight strength, isometric muscular endurance and aerobic fitness and include testing at the start and end of each session to track your personal achievements.
