Professional Services teams across the University want your feedback to help improve the services they provide to support you, your teams and our students.

The Improving Flinders Services Survey has been developed to gather feedback to help understand and improve the service provision across the University.

Your anonymous survey can be accessed now at this link and will close at midnight on Wednesday 11 August.

Each year, aggregate results and comments are shared with the service providers to inform decisions around areas to improvement. They are also included in the yearly Annual Planning and Accountability Cycle process so the University can discuss what is working and what needs improvement.

This year, respondents can enter the draw to win some fantastic prizes. Note that the prize draw is not linked to your responses.

First prize: Donated by Flinders partner Serafino Wines, is a magnum of 2015 Sharktooth Shiraz – OR four tickets to a performance of Eureka Day in late November, donated by our friends at the State Theatre Company.

Second prize: Landscapes of South Australia, a book of stunning landscape images in South Australia, donated by Flinders Alumnus Alex Frayne.

A limited number of the new Flinders Canterbury rugby jumpers will also be available.
