Wellbeing the focus in new webinar

The foundations of psychological wellbeing will be the focus of a new webinar from the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work, to help determine the best strategies for you to deal with difficulties in life.

Wellbeing webinar: Psychological Wellbeing in the Difficult Moments will be presented by Associate Professor Lydia Woodyatt on Tuesday 28 September at 2pm. It will outline practical strategies to help you support your own wellbeing, and showcase five simple ways to improve your resilience, adaptability and mental flexibility when dealing with difficulties.
