Soapbox Science, the public outreach platform that promotes women and non-binary scientists and their work, is coming to Adelaide in 2022.

Soapbox Science transforms public areas into spaces for public learning and scientific debate, offering everyone the opportunity to learn from and be inspired by leading scientists.

It’s designed to provide the public with direct access – no middle man, no PowerPoint slides, no amphitheatre setting – just remarkable women and non-binary scientists who will amaze audiences with information about their latest discoveries.

This inaugural Soapbox Science Adelaide event will be held during August to coincide with National Science Week. More specific details will be announced soon.
