A free self-defence course is being offered by Flinders University Sport and Fitness, to equip you with the skills, confidence and physical skills you need to defend yourself.
Self-defence expert Laura will be sharing her knowledge and expertise by teaching the best techniques to protect yourself, regardless of your size and weight. The classes will also help build your fitness and strength, providing a winning scenario for every participant.
The early evening classes will be conducted at Flinders University Sport and Fitness over three weeks, starting on Monday 9 May from 5-6pm. To attend a class, please book with Sue Hixson by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
