As a result of feedback provided in the 2022 Your Voice staff survey, Flinders University has identified a range of actions for improvement across the University.

Over recent months, a concerted effort has been made to analyse staff feedback in detail and examine how the University can lift performance in key areas identified by staff.

A project group has been established to begin improvement processes and a reduction of unnecessary red tape, and staff are invited to take part in a short, anonymous survey to provide feedback that can help the project team identify systems that need attention. You can access the survey here.
