Workshop to reconnect your body and mind

Learn to reconnect your body and mind through breathwork and ice baths at a new immersive and intimate small group workshop at Flinders University Sport & Fitness, run by Breathwork coach Kym Burls, an expert instructor in the Wim Hof Method of focused breathing technique.

The workshop, being held from 10am-1.30pm on Friday 24 February, will cover strategies for stress and recovery, including a guided meditation session, a session on breathing, cold and heat exposure for stress and recovery theory, and an optional ice bath session.

These sessions can help you develop strategies to increase your energy, control stress, strengthen your willpower and resilience, manage pain and inflammation, and rebalance your immune system.
