Activities galore for you in Wellbeing Week

It’s Wellbeing Week at Flinders University – so it’s the perfect time to ask: Have you been looking after yourself and your wellbeing?

If you’re looking for a good place to start, or even if you have strategies in place, we have got you covered with a host of Wellbeing Week activities between 8-12 May.

Make some room in your schedule to check out this diverse range of activities, events and services. And for further help and support for your wellbeing, be sure to visit the Good Vibes Experiment website – a Flinders student-led initiative to provide smart self-help tips and activities.

Flinders Fitness Festival

All group classes are free and suitable for anyone to participate in – but please help our planning by booking a session

3.30-4.30pm: YOGA/PILATES FUSION, to improve your flexibility, mobility and posture, gain muscle and core strength. Yoga mats are supplied, or bring your own.

4.45-5.45pm: BODYPUMP, the original weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time. Suitable class for all fitness levels.

6-7pm: ZUMBA PARTY, a fun aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various Latin American dance styles.
