The Improving Staff Services Survey has been extended by one week, which will allow staff who have been on leave during the school holidays and those preparing for semester two more time to have their say.

Feedback shared in the survey will help Professional Services teams across Flinders refine and improve the services provided to support you, your teams and our students.

The anonymous feedback is used to develop improvements in processes and workflows, such as recent improvements made to P&C processes including a streamlined Workday recruitment process.

Each year, the anonymous results and comments submitted are shared with our service providers to recognise great service and inform service improvement decisions. These are also included in the yearly Annual Planning and Accountability Cycle process, so the University can discuss what is working and what needs improvement. All responses are confidential.
