Enjoy Wellbeing Week at the gym

Flinders University Sport and Fitness is celebrating Wellbeing Week from Monday 11 September with a busy schedule of classes to suit people of all fitness levels and abilities.

Monday 11 September

  • 6.30am: Launching The Bunker. Daily strength and conditioning classes in a specialist facility. Join now with a foundation membership, available until 10 September. For more information, click here.

Tuesday 12 September

  • 1.15-2pm: Mat pilates @ Thrive Festival. A free mat pilates class is being held in the Law & Commerce courtyard as part of Thrive Festival. Bookings are essential. For more information, click here.
  • 4-4.30pm: Sports Nutrition seminar. A free sports nutrition seminar led by third year Dietician students, explaining how to maximise your performance by correctly fuelling your body.

Wednesday 13 September

  • 12.30-1.30pm: Animal flow- natural mobility training by Physio experts. A workshop to help you move better, break free from tension and tightness.

Thursday 14 September

  • 4-4.30pm: Sports Nutrition seminar. A free sports nutrition seminar led by third year Dietician students, explaining how to maximise your performance by correctly fuelling your body.

Friday 15 September

  • 7am-8pm: Feel Good Friday @ Rejuventate. Rejuvenate the body and the mind by utilising the wellbeing space that offers an infrared sauna, massage chair, meditation chair, normatec compression pants and more.
  • 12.15-1pm: FU Friday @ The Bunker.

Wellbeing Week is being held from Monday 11 September to Friday 15 September, to help provide students with tools and information that will help them manage their wellbeing while at university.
