The 2023 Flinders Leadership Program cohort successfully completed its program on Thursday 21 September, with the focus placed on leading collaborative change and human-centred design.

As part of the cohort’s final session, participants presented outcomes from their group projects to cohort leaders and project sponsors.

This year, project topics included ‘What does Flinders want to be known for?’, ‘How do we improve the way budgets are communicated?’, ‘How do we grow the domestic student base at Flinders?’ and ‘how might we improve process and awareness of preferred name and pronoun usage at Flinders University?

Participants successfully prototyped ideas and came up with some practical approaches for going forward.
