Our 2026 calendar features a suite of workshops with practical tools and strategies to improve the way we work and lead at Flinders. With courses such as Signals to Scenarios: Strategic Foresight for Flinders, Better Ways of Working, Process Mapping and Improvement, Captain Your Own Career, Building Collaborative Partnerships, and Customer Service Essentials – there’s a lot on offer!
The Professional Staff Learning Framework provides an overview of all workshops streams, with enrolments available via the Staff Learning Portal.
Funding Opportunities
The following schemes are available to help you access external learning experiences:
- Professional Staff Development Fund – Apply for financial support to attend external courses that align with your role and career goals.
- Professional Staff Conference Scheme – Receive funding to participate in conferences that broaden your knowledge and networks.
